Tablet users wishing to retain their existing PDF scores (e.g., to keep their existing markings) can add the single-page PDF to your existing score via PDF editing or by adding it to a ForScore copy. While there are many ways to edit PDF files (some free, many not), here is a short tutorial for rearranging pages in a PDF file using a free PDF editor. For ForScore users, here’s a comparable tutorial for rearranging pages in an existing ForScore file. Note that the same techniques can be used to “unwrap” repeats and jumps-to-coda like those in Movement 4 of OTP much easier to manage.

Click the triangle on the left to start each recording, then you can click anywhere along the horizonal black bar to move forward and back voer the course of the rehearsal, which spans the black bar. You can also download the audio file to whatever audio player you prefer on your local device by clicking Download on the right.

Downloads have recently changed so that an extra step is needed on iPhones and iPads: After clicking the Download button for a given recording, click the Share icon at the top or bottom of the screen, from which you can Copy or Save the MP3 audio file to a location of your choice. On Android, Linux, Windows, and MacOS, click the three dots on the far right side of the playback bar to reveal a download button.
