Kristin Potter, alto, joined the Chorale in 2022. A native New Yorker, Kristin moved to beautiful
Santa Fe in 1999. She holds Bachelor’s Degrees in Education and Music and a Master’s in
Education. Kristin taught elementary school in NY and NM for twenty-seven years and has been
singing and dancing since childhood. Retirement in 2018 allowed Krisitn to focus more time on
music. In addition to the chorale, Kristin sings with two churches and in a neighborhood band. In
2024, Kristin joined the seasonal staff at El Rancho de Las Golondrinas as Festival Admissions
Lead. She and her husband Doug (married in 2024) enjoy traveling as well as spending time in
the new home they share with their four wonderful rescue cats!
