I was born and raised in Barcelona (Spain). My love for music was nurtured from a young age by my grandmother, who played the piano, and my mother, who sang in a local choir. I pursued my musical education at the Conservatory Superior de Musica de Barcelona, completing 5 years of music reading and theory, as well as 3 years of classical guitar. I also completed 3 years of singing classes under Purificacion Gomez. I sang for 10 years with the Orfeó Català (the largest amateur choir in the city), as well as in its Chamber Choir. During that time I also sang in a quartet that I formed with some friends, the Quartet de Quatre. I moved to the US in 2000, and I continued my musical journey in Santa Fe, where I moved in 2023. I have been singing with the Santa Fe Harmonizers until recently and I am currently a member of the Chancel Choir at the First Presbyterian Church in Santa Fe.
